We are doing really well! To meet our customers' needs, we are strengthening our organization with a Technical Project Manager based in Köping.

About the Role

As a Technical Project Manager, you are the hub between the customer, sales, and technology. You are responsible for customer contact, business development, and the execution of customized technical projects. From the first customer dialogue, you build trust, capture needs, and translate them into profitable solutions. You drive the entire process from early feasibility studies, through quotes and agreements, to delivery and follow-up. Along the way, you coordinate internal and external resources to ensure everyone works towards the same goal. At the same time, you maintain structure on timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure stable delivery. In your daily work, you combine prospecting, needs analysis, and quote work with active project management at the customer’s site.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities include:

• Leading technical projects from early development phases to stable series production together with cross-functional teams.
• Ensuring that products are effectively introduced into production with the right quality, timeline, and cost.
• Acting as a hub between the customer, development, and production to create value in every project.
• Cultivating and developing existing customer relationships while identifying new needs and business opportunities.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has/is:

• an engineering degree or equivalent acquired knowledge
• several years of experience in technical project management in the manufacturing industry or relevant manufacturing experience
• technical and economic understanding
• the ability to achieve set goals
• the ability to express yourself well in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing
• experience with plastics is highly meritorious
• experience with tools is highly meritorious
• valid driver's license (B)
